School

Tonight, I am going to the local Culinary school to register for classes. I have not decided if I want to sign up for the Baking and Pasty or the Culinary arts programs. I am kind of leaning toward the Baking and Pastry Program. The program will consist of 112 credit hours and it will take about two years if I take at least 16 credits per quarter. I am a little nervous as to how many credits I can take since I have a full time job. I am pretty excited as I am looking through the curriculum!! I am hoping that through my degree I will finally get to have my catering/ wedding cake business!! Anyway, wish me luck!!
